I had always planned for Nodwin to meet a larger sized humanoid, but had mostly thought it was going to be a grumpy dwarf or gnome. At the last minute, I changed it to a little girl, and the next bit of plot just opened up to me in my head. This is fun! This just goes to show you how alive this form of writing is.
